How Anhayo handles the business data that flows through its AI automation systems.

01
Information We Collect
When you contact us, book a call, or use our forms, we collect the details you provide — your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the information you share about your workflows. Our automated systems may also process business data you supply (customer records, appointment logs, chat transcripts, and similar operational data) for the purpose of configuring and running your automations.
02
How Data Is Routed Through AI Systems
Anhayo builds and operates AI-powered systems that may route data to third-party AI models and automation platforms (such as voice providers like Vapi or Retell, and workflow tools like n8n or Zapier) in order to answer calls, qualify leads, and trigger workflows. Where that routing occurs, only the data required to complete the task is transmitted, and it is transferred under the terms of those providers' data-processing agreements.
03
Use of Data for Model Training
We do not use your business data to train general-purpose AI models, and we do not sell your data to third parties. Where a third-party provider offers zero-data-retention options, we enable them. Data is processed solely to deliver, maintain, and improve the automations you have engaged us to build.
04
Data Security
Access to your systems and data is restricted to the Anhayo personnel assigned to your project. We use secure API keys and credentials, encrypt data in transit, and follow least-privilege access practices. You may revoke or rotate credentials at any time, and we will not store secrets beyond what your running automation requires.
05
Data Retention
We retain project data only for as long as needed to deliver and support your automation, or as required by law. On request, and where technically feasible, we will delete or return your data after the engagement ends.
06
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction — including rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and the GDPR where applicable — you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@anhayo.com.
07
Contact
For any privacy questions, or to make a data subject request, contact Anhayo at hello@anhayo.com. We respond within a reasonable timeframe and no later than one business week.
