Secure Credential Management
Automation credentials — API keys, webhook secrets, and service tokens — are stored securely, scoped to the minimum permissions required, and never hard-coded into client-facing code or shared outside your project team. You can rotate or revoke credentials at any time without disrupting your system.

Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS across all API and webhook traffic. Where the platforms involved support it, data at rest is encrypted as well. No plaintext secrets travel through email, chat, or unsecured documents.

Zero-Data-Retention Models
For AI providers that offer zero-data-retention options — including major voice and language model platforms — we enable them by default. Your conversations and business data are not stored by the model provider beyond the duration of the request, and are never used to train shared models.

Least-Privilege Access
Access to your systems and data is limited to the Anhayo personnel assigned to your project, and only for as long as the engagement requires. Access is removed on project completion unless ongoing maintenance is agreed.

No Training on Your Data
Anhayo does not use client business data to train models, and does not share it with other clients. Each deployment is isolated, and prompts are engineered to expose only the data required for the task at hand.

Data Handling Standards
We follow a defined data-handling standard across all engagements: collect the minimum data required, transmit it only to the systems that need it, and delete or return it when the engagement ends. This posture is designed to satisfy enterprise and B2B security reviews, including DPDP Act and GDPR expectations.

Incident Response
In the unlikely event of a security incident affecting your data, we will notify you promptly, contain the exposure, and document what occurred and what was done to remediate it.
