Onboarding
Every engagement starts with a free discovery call. We map your workflows, identify bottlenecks, and agree on the highest-impact automation opportunities before any proposal is written. Onboarding is delivered virtually — no on-site visits required.

Audit & Scope
Once engaged, we run an audit of your current operations and produce a scope of work (SOW) that defines the deliverables, tools involved, and timeline. A full itemized estimate is provided before any build begins, and work starts only after you approve it.

Build Milestones
Projects are delivered in clear milestones, typically over 2–6 weeks depending on scope. You receive previews and demos at each stage — voice flows, workflow logic, and integrations are shown working before final handover. All milestones are delivered and reviewed virtually.

Revisions
Each milestone includes a defined review window during which we incorporate your feedback at no additional cost. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before work begins.

Handover & Training
On completion, we hand over the system along with documentation and hands-on training for your team. You receive the credentials, prompts, and workflow configurations you need to operate the automation day-to-day, with no forced vendor lock-in.

Delivery Timeline
Standard timelines: a single AI Receptionist + CRM build ships in approximately 2–4 weeks; Full Business Automation in 3–6 weeks; Custom Automation is scoped individually. Timeline commitments are stated in your proposal and begin once the first milestone payment is cleared.

Support After Launch
Launch includes a support window covering fixes for issues that arise in normal operation. Optional continuous maintenance — priced flat at ₹4,000/month, varying by project — covers monitoring, prompt updates, pipeline log maintenance, and priority support.
