Terms of Service
The agreement that governs every Anhayo engagement — designed to be fair, transparent, and protective on both sides.

Scope of Service
Anhayo designs, builds, deploys, and maintains AI automation systems for clients. The specific deliverables, tools, and timeline for each engagement are set out in the proposal and scope of work agreed before work begins. Anything not explicitly included in the scope is outside this agreement.

AI Systems and Their Limitations
AI models can produce incorrect or unexpected output. You acknowledge that automated systems — including AI voice agents, chatbots, and workflows — are probabilistic by nature and may occasionally hallucinate, misroute, or fail. Anhayo will use reasonable skill and care in building and testing your systems, but makes no warranty that they will be error-free or that every output will be accurate.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anhayo's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this agreement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim. Anhayo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost leads, or reputational harm, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This clause is a fundamental basis of the bargain and applies regardless of the cause of loss, including system errors, downtime, or incorrect data produced by AI.

Intellectual Property
On receipt of full payment, you own the final custom workflow, prompts, and configuration built specifically for you during the engagement. Anhayo retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, internal libraries, templates, and any general-purpose components that were not created exclusively for your project. Third-party platforms (n8n, Zapier, Vapi, Retell, and similar) remain licensed under their own terms, and you are responsible for maintaining those subscriptions.

Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, granting the access and credentials needed to build your automation, and confirming you have the right to share any business or customer data you provide. You agree to comply with applicable laws, including privacy regulations, when using the systems we deliver.

Third-Party Costs
Subscription and usage costs for third-party tools, API keys, voice providers, and paid advertising budgets are borne directly by you. Anhayo's fees cover scoping, build, prompt training, and pipeline maintenance only.

Payments
Fees and payment schedule are stated in your proposal. Work begins once the agreed deposit or milestone payment is received. Late or failed payments may pause deliverables and support until cleared.

Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. On termination, you owe payment for work completed to date, and we will hand over finished deliverables and reasonable access to your systems within a mutually agreed timeframe.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Telangana, Hyderabad.
